By Sanjeev Kapoor 16 Mar 2015 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Hung yogurt, Chikoo Cuisine Fusion Course Desserts Prep Time 5-6 hour Cook time 6-10 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Ingredients list for Yogurt And Chiku Ice Cream 1 cup Hung yogurt 6 medium Chikoo 1/4 cup Powdered sugar 3 tablespoons Honey 1/2 cup Condensed milk 8-10 Walnut kernels, crushed Method Peel and pit the chikus. Put them in a processor/mixer and crush. Add hung yogurt, powdered sugar and mix. Add honey and process again. Add condensed milk and mix. Finally add crushed walnuts and mix .Transfer the mixture into an ice-cream tin and level the top. Place the tin in the deep freezer to set.
