Method

  1. Remove the top portion and grate the raw mangoes into a thali.
  2. Add red chilli powder, salt and jaggery and mix well. Set aside for 15-20 minutes or till the jaggery dissolves.
  3. For tempering, heat oil in a small non-stick pan, add mustard seeds and once they start to splutter, add cumin seeds, mix well and let them change colour. Allow to cool.
  4. Add this to the grated raw mango mixture and mix well.
  5. Use as required.
