Kebab Ki Chutney This is a chutney that will go well with a lot of snacks be it kebabs or even falafel. By Sanjeev Kapoor 10 Oct 2024 in Recipes Pickle Jams Chutneys New Update Main ingredients Fresh coriander leaves, Fresh mint leaves, Green chillies, Garlic, Ginger, Lemon juice, Roasted chana dal, Yogurt, Black salt Cuisine Indian Course Pickles Jams Chutney Prep time 5-10 minutes Cook time 0 minutes Serve 4 Taste Savoury Level of cooking Easy Others Vegetarian Ingredients 1 cup fresh coriander leaves 1 cup fresh mint leaves 2-3 green chillies 2-3 garlic cloves ½ inch ginger ½ tablespoon lemon juice 1 tablespoon roasted chana dal 2 tablespoons yogurt Black salt to taste Method Put coriander leaves in a blender jar, add mint leaves, green chillies, garlic, ginger, lemon juice, roasted chana dal, yogurt and black salt and blend. Add ¼ cup water and blend to a fine paste. Transfer into a serving bowl.
