Ingredients

·         2-3 green chillies, chopped

·         Grated processed cheese as required

·         4 pavs

·         1 tbsp oil

·         1 medium onion, chopped

·         1 medium tomato, chopped

·         1 tsp red chilli powder

·         ¼ tsp turmeric powder

·         Salt to taste

·         1 tbsp + for garnish chopped fresh coriander leaves

·         Red chilli flakes for sprinkling

·         Butter for toasting

·         Potato chips to serve

Method

1.      Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add onion and sauté till translucent. Add tomato and green chillies, mix and saute for 1 minute.

5.      Spread a portion of the tomato-onion masala on the base half. Sprinkle chilli flakes on the other side and fold. Toast for a few seconds.

6.      Add butter and press gently, cook on both sides till golden brown, crisp, and the cheese melts.

7.      Sprinkle coriander leaves on both sides and take them off the heat. Halve them, place on a serving plate and serve hot with potato chips.
