It is easy to make and will keep for a few days when stored in a refrigerator By Sanjeev Kapoor 07 Jul 2024 in Recipes Pickle Jams Chutneys New Update Red Chilli Garlic Chutney Main ingredients Dried red chillies, Garlic, Lemon juice, Cumin seeds, Salt Cuisine Indian Course Pickles, Jams, Chutneys Prep time 2-3 hours Cook time 0 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of cooking Easy Others Vegetarian Ingredients 10-12 dried red chillies 8-10 garlic cloves Oil for applying 2 teaspoons lemon juice Salt to taste ½ teaspoon cumin seeds Method Apply some oil on your fingers and remove the seeds of the dried red chillies. Transfer the chillies into a large bowl, add sufficient water and soak for 2-3 hours. Drain the soaked chillies and put into a mixer jar. Add garlic cloves, lemon juice, salt, cumin seeds and ½ cup water and blend to a fine paste.
