Method

  1. Heat oil in a pan. Add brown masala paste and green masala paste and mix well. Add turmeric powder, Kashmiri red chilli powder and kanda-lasoon masala, mix and saute for 1-2 minutes.
  2. Add 3 cups mutton stock and mix well. Cook till the mixture comes to a boil. Continue to cook for 3-4 minutes.
  3. Add coriander leaves, mix and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Transfer into a serving bowl and serve hot with steamed rice.
