By Sanjeev Kapoor 06 Nov 2024 in Recipes Gravies New Update Main ingredients Turmeric powder, Kashmiri red chilli powder, Kanda lasoon masala, Mutton stock, Fresh coriander leaves Cuisine Maharashtrian Course Gravy Prep time 20-25 minutes Cook time 5-10 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of cooking Easy Others Non vegetarian Ingredients 1 cup brown masala paste 1 cup green masala paste 2-3 tablespoons oil ½ teaspoon turmeric powder 1 teaspoon Kashmiri red chilli powder 2 teaspoons kanda-lasoon masala 3 cups mutton stock 2 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander leaves Method Heat oil in a pan. Add brown masala paste and green masala paste and mix well. Add turmeric powder, Kashmiri red chilli powder and kanda-lasoon masala, mix and saute for 1-2 minutes. Add 3 cups mutton stock and mix well. Cook till the mixture comes to a boil. Continue to cook for 3-4 minutes. Add coriander leaves, mix and cook for 1-2 minutes.
