Ingredients
- ¼ cup white sesame seeds (safed til)
- 1 cup fresh coriander leaves
- 4 garlic cloves
- ½ inch ginger, roughly chopped
- 2 green chillies
- 2 tablespoons gathiya
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt to taste
Method
- Put coriander leaves in a blender jar, add garlic cloves, ginger, white sesame seeds, green chillies, gathiya, lemon juice, salt and ¼ cup water and blend to a fine paste.
- Transfer into a bowl and serve with a snack of your choice.
