Til Ki Chutney

Til ke laddoo usually made during sankranti, are well liked. But you can make other things with til. They are rich in protein, vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. They are usually added to certain foods because they give a nutty flavor and crunchy texture.

Method

  1. Put coriander leaves in a blender jar, add garlic cloves, ginger, white sesame seeds, green chillies, gathiya, lemon juice, salt and ¼ cup water and blend to a fine paste.
  2. Transfer into a bowl and serve with a snack of your choice.
