Ingredients list for Cheesecake
- 1 cup Muesli
 - 3/4 cup Sugar
 - for greasing Melted butter
 - 1/2 cup Hung yogurt
 - 1/2 cup Condensed milk
 - 1 1/2 cups Whipped cream
 - 1 tablespoon Gelatin , bloomed
 - 5-6 Strawberries
 - as required Blueberries
 
Method
- Heat a non-stick pan, add sugar and cook till it caramelizes. Add muesli and mix well.
 - Grease a cake board and the inside of a large round cutter with some butter. Place the greased cutter in the center of the board and put some muesli-sugar mixture inside the cutter till it is ¼ full and level it out.
 - Take hung yogurt in a mixing bowl, add condensed milk and whisk till well blended. Add whipped cream and fold in well. Add bloomed gelatin and fold in well.
 - Put the yogurt mixture over the muesli mixture in the cutter till it is ¾ full, level it out and tap gently.
 - Cut the strawberries into quarters lengthwise.
 - Arrange strawberry quarters and blueberries on top of yogurt mixture. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
 - Demould, cut into wedges and serve.
