By Sanjeev Kapoor 13 Sep 2019 in Recipes Course New Update Advertisment Main Ingredients Medium potatoes, Mustard oil Cuisine Indian Course Main Course Vegetarian Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 6-10 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Achari Aloo - SK Khazana 4 Medium potatoes boiled, peeled and cut into cubes 1 tablespoon Mustard oil 1 teaspoon Mustard seeds 1/2 teaspoon Fenugreek seeds 1 teaspoon Onion seeds 1 teaspoon Fennel seeds 1 tablespoon Mango pickle masala to taste Salt 1 tablespoon Fresh coriander leaves chopped 1 to garnish Fresh coriander sprig Method Heat oil in a deep non-stick pan, add mustard seeds and let them splutter. Add fenugreek seeds, onion seeds, fennel seeds and mango pickle masala and mix well. Add potatoes and toss. Add salt and mix well. Add coriander leaves and toss. Cover and cook for 2-3 minutes.
