Ingredients list for Akhrot Ka Raita

  • 1/3 cup Walnuts California coarsely chopped
  • 1 cup Yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar/jaggery
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • 1/8 teaspoon Red chillies crushed
  • 12 Seedless grapes thinly sliced

Method

  1. Combine yogurt, walnuts, brown sugar and salt in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Add cumin seeds and crushed red chillies and mix well. Refrigerate to chill.
  3. Garnish with grapes and serve chilled.
