Ingredients list for Almond Chocolates
- 30-35 Almonds blanched
- 100 grams Dark chocolate
Method
- Melt chocolate in a microwave. Set aside to cool to room temperature.
- Spread the powdered almonds on a piece of foil. Dip the blanched almonds in the melted chocolate, so as to coat only one side.
- Press the chocolate coated side of the nut onto the powdered almonds.
- Set aside to dry. Keep in the refrigerator to set.
- Serve immediately.
