Ingredients for Almond Chocolates Recipe

  • Almonds blanched 30-35

  • Dark chocolate 100 grams

  • Almonds coarsely powdered 8-10


Step 1

Melt chocolate in a microwave. Set aside to cool to room temperature.

Step 2

Spread the powdered almonds on a piece of foil. Dip the blanched almonds in the melted chocolate, so as to coat only one side.

Step 3

Press the chocolate coated side of the nut onto the powdered almonds.

Step 4

Set aside to dry. Keep in the refrigerator to set.

Step 5

Serve immediately.
