Ingredients for Almond Milk - SK Khazana Recipe

  • Almonds 20-24

  • Seedless dates 8


Step 1

Take almonds in a large bowl and soak for 10-12 hours with sufficient water. Drain and wash.

Step 2

Soak dates in sufficient water in another bowl for ½ hour.

Step 3

Put the almonds in a blender jar, add ½ cup water and blend coarsely.

Step 4

Add dates and 3½ cups water and blend till smooth.

Step 5

Pour into serving glasses and serve immediately. This milk can only be stored for 1 day.
