Ingredients list for Aloo Corn Cheese Sandwich

  • 2-3 medium Potatoes boiled, peeled and mashed
  • 1 cup Corn kernels
  • 1/2 cup Processed cheese grated
  • 8 Brown bread slices
  • 2 medium Onions chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Chaat masala
  • 2 Green chillies chopped
  • as required Butter

Method

  1. Combine potatoes, corn kernels, cheese, onions, chopped coriander, red chilli powder, salt, chaat masala, green chillies in a bowl and mix well. Set aside.
  2. Apply butter on 4 bread slices and spread the prepared mixture on them and cover with the remaining four bread slices. Press lightly.
  3. Place the sandwiches in a toaster and toast till golden from both the sides.
  4. Serve hot.
