Ingredients list for Aloo Ka Raita

  • 2 medium Potato boiled and peeled
  • 2 cups Yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon Pomegranate seeds (anardana)
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  • to taste Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper powder
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh coriander leaves chopped

Method

  1. Dry roast pomegranate seeds and cumin seeds, cool and grind coarsely.
  2. Cut potatoes into small pieces and put them into a bowl.
  3. Add red chilli powder, salt, black pepper powder and coriander leaves and mix well.
  4. Add yogurt and mix well. Add coarsely ground spice powder and mix well.
  5. Serve chilled.
