Ingredients
- 4 medium potatoes, cut into 1 cm cubes and boiled
 - 1 1/4 cups shelled green peas, blanched
 - 2 tablespoons oil
 - 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
 - 1 inch ginger piece, cut into juliennes
 - 1 green chilli, slit
 - 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
 - 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
 - 1 1/2 teaspoons coriander powder
 - 1 teaspoon garam masala powder
 - Salt to taste
 - 2 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander leaves
 
Method
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and when it crackles add ginger and green chillies, stir-fry for a minute. Add green peas, potatoes and stir fry till for 2 minutes.
 - Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, and coriander powder and stir-fry at slow heat till the spices blend well with the vegetables.
 - Add salt and garam masala powder and finish with chopped coriander leaves.
