Ingredients list for Aloo Sabzi Sandwich

  • 8 White bread slices
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 medium Tomatoes
  • for spread Butter
  • for spread Green chutney
  • for sprink Chaat masala
  • for sprink Salt

Method

  1. Thinly slice onion and tomatoes.
  2. Preheat a non-stick griller.
  3. Place bread slices on a worktop, spread some butter and green chutney on half the slices. Evently spread some aloo sabzi over each of them.
  4. Place some tomato slices over the sabzi and sprinkle some chaat masala and salt. Place some onion slices on top and again sprinkle some more salt and chaat masala.
  5. Cover these slices with remaining slices, apply some butter on top. Place the sandwiches in hot grill toaster and grill till golden from both sides.
  6. Cut into triangles and serve hot.
