Ingredients
- 2 medium potatoes, boiled and peeled
 - 250 grams cauliflower florets, boiled
 - 3 tablespoons oil
 - 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
 - 1 tablespoon finely chopped ginger
 - 8-10 garlic cloves, finely chopped
 - 3-4 green chillies, finely chopped
 - 2 large onions, finely chopped
 - 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
 - ¼ teaspoon turmeric powder
 - ½ teaspoon amchur powder
 - Salt to taste
 - 3 tablespoons red chilli sauce
 - ½ packet paneer chilli masala
 - 5-4 fresh coriander leaves
 - 1 sprig of fresh mint leaves
 
Method
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add cumin seeds, ginger and garlic and saute till fragrant.
 - Add green chillies and continue to saute till garlic becomes brown.
 - Add onions and saute till onions are lightly browned.
 - Add cauliflower and mash coarsely with a masher.
 - Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, dried mango powder and salt and mix well.
 - Add red chilli sauce and mix. Add 1 cup water and mix.
 - Add potatoes and mash. Add paneer chilli masala and mix well. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
 - Finely chop coriander leaves and add. Continue to cook. If some of the mixture sticks to the side, scrape it and mix with the rest.
 - Transfer into a serving bowl, garnish with a sprig of fresh mint leaves and serve hot.
