Ingredients for Amrud Ki Sabzi Recipe

  • Ripe guavas 1 inch pieces peeled 5-6 medium

  • Panch phoran

  • Ghee 1 tablespoon

  • Asafoetida a pinch

  • Panch phoran 1 teaspoon

  • Red chilli powder 3/4 teaspoon

  • Salt to taste

  • Sugar 1 tablespoon


Step 1

Heat ghee in a kadai and add asafoetida and panch phoran. When a nice aroma is given out, add guava pieces and stir.

Step 2

Add red chilli powder, salt and sugar and mix. Add half a cup of water, cover and cook on low heat for seven to eight minutes or till the guava pieces become soft.

Step 3

Serve hot.
