By Sanjeev Kapoor 23 Mar 2021 in Recipes Course New Update Advertisment Main Ingredients Eggs, Eggs Cuisine Mumbai Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 21-25 minutes Cook time 26-30 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Anda Ghotala 4 Eggs boiled and peeled Eggs 4 4 tablespo for toasting Butter 4-5 Green garlic stalks chopped 2 + to serve Medium onions chopped 2 + to serve Medium tomatoes chopped to taste Salt 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli powder 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder 1 tablespoon Pav bhaji masala 1 tablespoon Coriander powder 1 teaspoon Garam masala powder 4 tablespo to garnish Fresh coriander leaves chopped 8 to serve Pavs Method Heat 4 tbsps butter in a non-stick pan, add green garlic and sauté till golden brown. Add onion, mix and saute for 2-3 minutes or till golden. Add tomatoes and salt, mix and saute till tomatoes are pulpy. Add red chilli powder and turmeric powder and mix well. Add pav bhaji masala, coriander powder and garam masala, mix and continue to saute for 2-3 minutes. Add ½ cup water and mash the mixture well with a masher. Grate boiled eggs into the pan, add 1 cup water, mix well and cook for a minute. Break eggs into the mixture and mix them till they get scrambled. Add coriander leaves, mix well and take the pan off the heat. Heat butter on a non-stick tawa, place slit pavs and toast for a minute from both sides.
