Anda Pav Toast - SK Khazana A street style egg special which involves a spicy egg omlette between pavs and cooked till crisp like a toast . This is a Sanjeev Kapoor exclusive recipe. By Sanjeev Kapoor 09 Jun 2020 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Eggs, Pavs Cuisine Indian,Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 6-10 minutes Cook time 6-10 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Anda Pav Toast - SK Khazana 8 Eggs 4 Pavs to taste Salt 4 tablespo to serve Onion chopped 3-4 Green chilies chopped 4 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves chopped 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon Garam masala powder 8 teaspoons Butter to serve Tomato ketchup Method Break in the eggs and sprinkle salt, whisk well using a fork. Heat oil in a non-stick tawa, pour the egg mixture, sprinkle onion, tomatoes, green chillies, coriander leaves, red chilli powder and garam masala powder and cook for 1 minute. Cut the pavs in half without cutting them through and place them on the eggs mixture and press gently. Cook for 1-2 minutes, flip and bring the sides of the cooked egg mixture into the center of the pavs. Fold the pavs, press gently and apply 4 tsps butter on top. Cook for a minute more. Flip the pavs and apply the remaining butter on top and press using a masher till the pavs turn crisp. Take the tawa off the heat and place the anda pav toast on a worktop. Cut them in half and place them on a serving plate.
