Ingredients list for Ande Ke Seekh Kabab
- 11 Egg
- 2 medium Potatoes boiled
- 1 teaspoon Garam masala powder
- 1 teaspoon Chaat masala
- 1/2 cup Bread crumbs
- to taste Salt
- 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
- 1 1/2 inch piece Ginger chopped
- 3-4 Green chillies chopped
- 1 tablespoon Fresh coriander leaves chopped
- for basting Butter
- 4 Satay sticks soaked
Method
- Hard boil 10 eggs. Cool, peel and grate. Place in a bowl and add mashed potatoes, garam masala powder, chaat masala, bread crumbs, salt, red chilli powder, ginger, green chillies and remaining egg.
- Knead into a smooth mixture. Divide the mixture into equal portions and pat them onto the skewers to make kababs. Heat the Grill Pan.
- Place the skewers in it and cook the kababs for five to ten minutes basting with butter. Serve hot with mint chutney.
