Ingredients list for Apple Strawberry Crisp

  • 2-3 medium Apples
  • 15-20 Rolled oats
  • 2 tablespoons Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Rolled oats
  • 2 tablespoons Whole wheat flour (atta)
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon powder
  • 3 tablespoons Brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Butter chilled and diced

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 190°C. Core the apples and chop roughly. Put them in an ovenproof dish.
  2. Slice the strawberries thinly and add. Sprinkle sugar and mix and let it stand for sometime.
  3. Place oats in a bowl. Add whole wheat flour, cinnamon powder and brown sugar and mix. Add butter and mix with finger tips so that it resembles bread crumbs. Spread this mixture over the fruits in the dish.
  4. Place it in the oven and bake for about twenty minutes.
  5. Serve warm.
