Ingredients for Appleslaw Recipe

  • Apples 2 medium

  • Cabbage shredded 1/2 medium

  • Onions sliced thinly 2 small

  • Red radish sliced thinly 2

  • Lemon juice 1 tablespoon

  • Fresh cream 3 tablespoons

  • Mayonnaise 6 tablespoons

  • Salt to taste

  • White pepper powder 1/2 teaspoon

Method

Step 1

Peel, core and grate apples. Mix cabbage, onions, radishes, apples and lemon juice in a bowl. Add fresh cream, mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Mix well. Chill and serve.
