Ingredients list for Atte Ja Ladun
- 2 cups Wholewheat Flour
- 1 1/2 cups Ghee
- 1 cups Sugar
Method
- Heat ghee in a heavy bottomed vessel. Add atta and cook on low heat stirring continuously.
- Add sugar and cook till the sugar gets dissolved. Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly.
- Shape into laddoos and set aside to cool completely.
