Ingredients list for Atte Ja Ladun

  • 2 cups Wholewheat Flour
  • 1 1/2 cups Ghee
  • 1 cups Sugar

Method

  1. Heat ghee in a heavy bottomed vessel. Add atta and cook on low heat stirring continuously.
  2. Add sugar and cook till the sugar gets dissolved. Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly.
  3. Shape into laddoos and set aside to cool completely.
