Ingredients list for Atte Ka Halwa
- 1 cup Whole Wheat Flour coarsely ground
- 1/2 cup Ghee
- 1/3 cup Sugar Free Natura Diet Sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon Green cardamom powder
Method
- Heat 3 cups water in a deep non-stick pan.
 Heat ghee in another non-stick pan.
- Add sugar free to the hot water and stir for 2 minutes.
 Add atta to hot ghee and sauté, stirring continuously, for 8-10 minutes or till lightly browned.
- Add sugar free syrup and stir.
 Add green cardamom powder and cook, stirring continuously, till thick.
- Add more hot water if required.
 Serve hot.
