Ingredients list for Bacon Rolled Mustard Chicken

  • 8 strips Bacon
  • 8 Chicken supreme , halved
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 3 cloves Garlic , chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Red chilli flakes
  • to taste Salt

  1. Trim the fat and rind of the bacon rashers and halve each rasher horizontally.
  2. Marinate chicken supreme with Dijon mustard, chopped garlic, chilli flakes and salt for fifteen minutes in the refrigerator.
  3. Roll a piece of bacon rasher around each chicken supreme piece and secure it with a toothpick.
  4. Heat a non-stick pan, sear the rolled chicken supremes tossing from time to time till the chicken is fully cooked. Serve hot.
