Mix together potato, onion, mushrooms, crushed peanuts, mozzarella cheese, black pepper powder, coriander leaves and salt. Stuff this into the chillies and arrange them in an ovenproof dish. Drizzle olive oil over them and bake them at 180°C for ½ hour. Serve hot.
