Ingredients list for Baked Stuffed Roti
- 4 Potato Bhaji
- 4 teaspoons Rotis
- 2 teaspoons Chilli sauce
- 1 cup Potato bhaji
- 3/4 cup Milk
- 1 cup Cheese grated
- few stalks Spring onion greens chopped
Method
- Apply tomato ketchup on one side of the rotis. Then apply a little chilli sauce. Place a portion of potato bhaji in the center of each roti and roll. Pre-heat oven to 200 ˚C.
- Take a baking dish. Pour a little milk and sprinkle a little of the grated cheese and chopped spring onion greens. Place the roti rolls on it. Pour the remaining milk and sprinkle the remaining grated cheese.
- Lastly sprinkle the remaining spring onion greens. Bake in the preheated oven at 200 ˚C for fifteen minutes. Serve hot.
