Ingredients for Banana Cinnamon Toast Recipe

  • Banana 1 small

  • Ground Cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon

  • Unsalted butter 1 tablespoon

  • Maple syrup 2 tablespoons

  • Almonds chopped finely 2

  • Fruit Muffin 1


Step 1

Slice the muffins into round slices.Peel the banana, halve and slice.

Step 2

Toast the muffin slices slightly.Remove onto a plate.

Step 3

Heat unsalted butter, add banana slices and sauté till slightly red and soft.Add maple syrup, cinnamon powder and mix gently.

Step 4

If adding nuts, add them now.Pour this mixture over the muffin slices.Feed it to the baby when at room temperature.
