Ingredients list for Banana Puri
- 3 Banana
 - 1 3/4 cups Refined flour
 - 1/4 cup Whole wheat flour (atta)
 - 1 teaspoon Sugar
 - a pinch Salt
 - 2 tablespoons Butter
 - for deep-frying Oil
 
Method
- Mash bananas. Add refined flour, wheat flour, sugar, salt and butter. Mix well together. Add a little water and knead into a stiff dough.
 - Divide into ten to twelve balls. Roll out into small dics of half centimeter thickness. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai.
 - Fry puris, one by one, till golden brown. Drain and remove onto an absorbent paper.
