Ingredients list for Bhindi Aam Ki Katliyan

  • 200 grams Ladyfiners cut into thin strips
  • 1 Raw Mango cut into thin strips
  • 2-3 tablespoons Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger finely chopped
  • 1 cup Shallots chopped
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Red chilli powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dry mango powder (amchur)
  • to taste Salt

Method

  1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add cumin seeds, garlic, ginger and sauté tillfragrant. Add shallots and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Add ladyfingers and mix well. Add raw mango and toss lightly. Add red chilli powder, dried mango powder and salt and mix well.
  3. Spread the ladyfingers in the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Transfer into a serving bowl and serve hot.
