Ingredients list for Bhindi Aur Oats Sabji

  • 250 grams Ladyfingers diagonally sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Oats
  • 2-3 tablespoons Oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • 10-12 Curry leaves
  • 1 medium Onion roughly chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoon Amchur powder
  • to taste Salt

  1. Heat oil in a non stick pan, add cumin seeds and sauté till fragrant.
  2. Add curry leaves, onion and sauté lightly. Add bhindi and mix. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, amchur, salt and sauté for 4-5 minutes.
  3. Add oats and mix well. Cook for 1-2 minutes. Transfer onto a serving bowl and serve hot.
