This recipe is from FoodFood TV channel By Sanjeev Kapoor 02 Sep 2016 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Bhuna Masala, Soya Granules Cuisine Indian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 26-30 minutes Cook time 41-50 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Ingredients list for Bhuna Masala Keema Kabab 100 grams Bhuna Masala 2 cups Soya Granules 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon Garam masala powder 1/2 teaspoon Coriander powder 1/4 teaspoon Cumin powder 1 teaspoon Dried mango powder (amchur) 1 Green chilli finely chopped 1 inch Ginger cut into thin long strips and soaked in juice of 1 1 medium Onion finely chopped 3 tablespoons Cornflour/ corn starch Juice of 1 lemon 2 tablespoons Fresh mint leaves finely chopped to taste Salt 3-4 tablespoons Oil for garnish Fresh mint sprigs Method Mix together soya granules, bhuna masala, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, dried mango powder, green chilli, ginger, potatoes, onion and cornstarch in a bowl. Add lemon juice, mint leaves, salt and mix well. Set aside for 5 minutes. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Divide the soya mixture into equal portions and shape them into balls. Further press them slightly to make kababs. Place the kababs in the pan and shallow-fry, turning sides, till golden and crisp on both the sides. Drain on absorbent paper. Place a few mint sprigs on a serving plate. Transfer the kakabs on the plate and serve hot.
