Ingredients for Bloody Mary Sorbet Recipe

  • Celery cut into pieces 1 inch stick

  • Garlic chopped 1 tablespoon

  • Tomato puree fresh 1 cup

  • Lemon juice ½ tablespoon

  • Sugar ½

  • Celery salt 1 teaspoon


Step 1

Blend together celery sticks and garlic.

Step 2

Add tomato puree, lemon juice, sugar and celery salt and blend to a smooth mixture.

Step 3

Strain and pour into an ice tray. Freeze till set.

Step 4

Blend the frozen sorbet cubes again till slushy.

Step 6

Make into quennels and serve immediately.
