Ingredients list for Bloody Mary Sorbet
- 1 inch stick Celery cut into pieces
- 1 tablespoon Garlic chopped
- 1 cup Tomato puree fresh
- ½ tablespoon Lemon juice
- ½ Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Celery salt
Method
- Blend together celery sticks and garlic.
- Add tomato puree, lemon juice, sugar and celery salt and blend to a smooth mixture.
- Strain and pour into an ice tray. Freeze till set.
- Blend the frozen sorbet cubes again till slushy.
