Ingredients
- Bombay duck (bombil), chopped and soaked in turmeric powder and salt
 - 1 ½ tablespoons coriander-garlic paste
 - 1 tablespoon mix masala
 - ¼ teaspoon turmeric powder
 - Oil for shallow-frying
 - 2-3 tablespoons semolina (sooji/rava)
 - Onion rings for garnishing
 - Lemon slices for garnishing
 - Mint leaves for garnishing
 
Method
- Mix together Bombay Duck, coriander-garlic paste, mix masala, turmeric powder and mix well.
 - Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Spread semolina over a plate, divide the prepared mixture into equal portions, coat in semolina and shallow-fry till golden-brown and crisp. Turn over to the other side and shallow-fry till golden-brown and crisp.
 - Remove from heat and transfer to a serving plate.
 - Garnish with onion rings, lemon slices, mint leaves and serve hot.
