Ingredients
- Baguette as required
First sauce
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- Salt to taste
- A pinch of black pepper powder
Second sauce
- 1-2 sprigs of fresh curly parsley
- 8-10 fresh basil leaves
- A little fresh thyme
- A little fresh rosemary
- 1 teaspoon red chilli flakes
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed black peppercorns
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Method
- To make the 1st sauce, pour extra virgin olive oil on a plate, add balsamic vinegar, salt and black pepper powder and mix well.
- Slice the baguette and serve with this dipping sauce.
- To make the 2nd sauce, put the parsley sprigs into a chopper jar. Add basil leaves, thyme, rosemary, red chilli flakes, salt, crushed black peppercorns, balsamic vinegar and extra virgin olive oil and crush.
- Pour into a bowl and serve with baguette slices.
