Add almonds, pistachios, butter, milk and rice and mix well. Simmer for 15-20 minutes, stirring a few times, till the rice is cooked and the kheer is thick. Place mava cup cakes on a serving plate, pour the hot kheer over them, garnish with pistachios and almonds and serve.
