Ingredients list for California Pista Pasta Salad
- 1/4 cup Pistachios coarsely chopped
- 1 cups Pasta boiled
- 2 medium Tomatoes chopped
- 6-8 Baby spinach leaves
- 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
- For dressing
- 3 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
- a pinch Dried oregano
- to taste Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper powder
Method
- Mix together all the ingredients for the dressing in a large bowl. Add the pasta to the dressing and toss to mix.
- Add the tomatoes, spinach leaves and pistachios and mix well. Sprinkle with the Parmesan cheese powder and serve.
