Ingredients list for Caramel Walnut Fudge
- 4 tbsps + for drizzling Caramel syrup
 - 1/4 cup Walnuts , chopped
 - 1 tbsp + to grease Ghee
 - 2 tablespoons Butter
 - 1/2 cup Khoya , grated
 - 1 cup Condensed milk
 - 100 grams Dark chocolate , chopped
 
Method
- Grease a shallow bowl with some ghee.
 - Heat ghee in a non-stick pan, add butter and walnuts, mix and sauté till the walnuts are roasted.
 - Reduce heat, add khoya and condensed milk, mix and cook till the mixture thickens, stirring continuously.
 - Remove from heat, add caramel syrup and mix well. Place the pan back on heat and mix till well combined. Add chocolate and mix till it melts.
 - Transfer the mixture onto a greased bowl and spread evenly. Drizzle some caramel syrup on top and refrigerate till set.
 - Cut into pieces, arrange them on a serving platter and serve.
