  • 1 1/2 cups Almond powder
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 4-6 Sheets Silver warq

Method

  1. Cook sugar and one cup of water together till the syrup reaches a three-thread consistency. Remove from heat and add powdered almonds stirring continuously.
  2. If necessary add one tablespoon of water and keep stirring till the mixture cools a little. Knead lightly to make a soft dough.
  3. Divide into equal portions to make marble sized balls and coat with silver varq. Arrange each silver coated ball on individual toothpicks and serve.
