Ingredients list for Chana No Halwo
- 1 cup Fresh Hara Chana shelled
- 3 tablespoons Milk
- 2 cups Milk
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon Green cardamom powder
- 1/4 cup Mawa (khoya) grated
- 10-12 Almonds chopped
- Cashewnuts chopped
Method
- Boil hara chana with three cups of water till soft.
- You can also pressure-cook it.
- Drain and grind to a coarse paste using a little water.
