Ingredients list for Chatpate Potato Bites
- 4 medium Potatoes cut into wedges
- 1 tablespoon Oil
- 1/2 cup Fresh coriander leaves roughly chopped
- 10-15 Mint leaves
- 1 inch piece Ginger roughly chopped
- 5-6 cloves Garlic
- 1 teaspoon Red chilli flakes
- to taste Salt
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
Method
- Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Deep fry the potato wedges on medium heat till golden and crisp.
- Drain on absorbent paper and set aside.
- Grind coriander leaves, mint leaves, ginger and garlic with sufficient water to a fine paste.
- Heat one tablespoon of oil in a non-stick pan.
- Add the red chilli flakes and ground paste, mix well and sauté for three to four minutes.
- Add the fried potatoes, salt and lemon juice and cook for two minutes more.
- Serve hot.
