Ingredients for Chawli ni Bhaji Recipe

  • Chavli leaves cleaned 2 cups

  • Green chilli finely chopped 1

  • Oil 2 teaspoons

  • Tomato finely chopped 1 medium

  • Turmeric powder ¼ teaspoon

  • Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon

  • Cumin powder 1 teaspoon

  • Coriander powder 1 teaspoon

  • Salt to taste

Method

Step 1

Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add green chilli and tomato, mix and sauté well.

Step 2

Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder and salt, mix well and cook for 2 minutes.

Step 3

Add chawli leaves and mix well. Sprinkle some water and mix, cook for 2-3 minutes.

Step 4

Serve hot.
