By Sanjeev Kapoor 15 Feb 2017 in Recipes Course New Update Advertisment Main Ingredients Mozzarella cheese, Processed cheese Cuisine Indian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Cheese Chili Bread Pakora ¼ cup Mozzarella cheese grated ¼ cup Processed cheese grated 1-2 Green chilli finely chopped 8 White bread slices for deep-frying Oil ½ medium Yellow capsicum finely chopped ½ medium Red capsicum finely chopped ½ medium Green capsicum finely chopped to taste Salt 1 cup Gram flour (besan) ½ teaspoon Turmeric powder a pinch baking soda Method Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Take mozzarella cheese in a bowl. Add processed cheese, yellow capsicum, red capsicum, green capsicum, green chilli and salt and mix. Take gram flour in another bowl. Add turmeric powder and some water, whisk to get a semi-thick batter. Add salt and baking soda and whisk again. Spread some cheese mixture on top of 4 bread slices and cover with remaining 4 slices. Cut each prepared bread slices into 2 equal triangles. Dip each bread triangle into the batter and deep-fry in hot oil till golden and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.
