Be a kid or a teenage or an adult or an oldie, chicken lovers trend all over the world at all times! One meat that is a favourite of all beyond belief! When cooked, it can be presented in many guises. Sauté it, fry it, toss it, bake it, steam it – eat it the way you want to. Whatever its form may be upon being cooked, its flavour may change but its flesh remains high in protein, low in fat and can be digested easily.

Ingredients for Cheesy Chicken Bites Recipe

  • Boneless chicken breasts sliced 2

  • Processed cheese grated 1/4 cup

  • Fresh cream 3-4 tablespoons

  • Paprika powder 1 1/4 teaspoons

  • Black pepper powder 1/2 teaspoon

  • Salt to taste

  • Chaat masala 1/2 teaspoon

  • Garlic powder 1 teaspoon

  • Breadcrumbs 1/2 cup

  • Refined flour 1 tablespoon

  • Black peppercorns crushed to taste

  • Oil to deep fry

  • Eggs 2

  • Fresh coriander leaves chopped for garnish

  • Tomato ketchup to serve

Method

Step 1

Take processed cheese in a bowl, add fresh cream and whisk. Add paprika powder, black pepper powder, salt, chaat masala powder and garlic powder and whisk well. Add chicken slices and mix well.

Step 2

Mix breadcrumbs, refined flour, salt and crushed black pepper together in a plate.

Step 3

Break eggs into a bowl add salt and crushed black pepper and whisk well.

Step 4

Heat sufficient oil in a kadai.

Step 5

Dip the marinated chicken in the egg and coat with the breadcrumb mixture and set aside on a plate.

Step 6

Slide in the chicken slices into hot oil and deep-fry till golden brown. Drain on absorbent paper.

Step 7

Arrange the chicken slices on a serving platter, garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with tomato ketchup.
