Ingredients list for Cheesy Garlic Bombs
- 150 grams Mozzarella cheese cut, medium cubes
- 2 teaspoons Garlic chopped
- as required Bread dough
- for dusting Refined flour (maida)
- 1½ teaspoons Red chilli flakes
- 1 tablespoon Parsley chopped
- + for greasing Butter 1 tablespoon
Method
- Dust worktop with some flour. Place the dough and stretch well. Add 1 teaspoon chilli flakes and parsley and knead.
- Divide the dough into equal portions. Make cavity in each portion, place a cheese cube, seal and shape into balls.
- Dust the baking tray with flour, place the balls, cover with damp muslin cloth and set aside to prove for 10-15 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 180º C.
- Combine butter and garlic in a microwave proof bowl and mix. Add remaining chilli flakes and mix well.Place the bowl in the microwave and heat for 1 minute.
- Brush the proven balls with butter-garlic mixture. Place the baking tray in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes. Remove from oven and brush some butter on top.
- Serve hot.
