Chicken Burnt Garlic Noodles

Noodles cooked with chicken and burnt garlic. This dish is so quick to make, and very garlicky. This is a Sanjeev Kapoor exclusive recipe.

Ingredients

  • 200 grams boiled noodles 
  • 1/2 cup boiled and shredded chicken 
  • 2 tablespoons chopped garlic 
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • 1/4 cup mixed capsicum strips
  • 1/2 tablespoon dark soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon red chilli flakes
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper powder to taste
  • 2 stalks spring onion greens, finely chopped
  • 2-3 garlic cloves

Method

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a non-stick pan; add chopped garlic and saute till golden. Add chicken, mix and cook for a minute.
  2. Add noodles, bell peppers, soy sauce, chilli flakes, salt and pepper powder and mix.
  3. Add spring onion with greens, mix and cook for a minute. Transfer onto a serving plate.
  4. Heat remaining oil in another non-stick pan. Slice garlic, add to pan and fry till golden and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.
  5. Top the noodles with fried garlic and serve hot.
