Ingredients list for Chicken Cutlet - SK Khazana

  • 250 grams Chicken mince
  • 1 Large onion finely chopped
  • 3 tablespo for garnishing Fresh coriander leaves finely chopped
  • 2 Green chillies chopped
  • to taste Black peppercorns crushed
  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala powder
  • 2 teaspoons Red chilli powder
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • for greasi to deep fry Oil
  • 1/2 cup Refined flour
  • 2 Eggs beaten
  • 1 cup Dried breadcrumns
  • to serve Green chutney

Method

  1. Mix together chicken mince, onion, coriander leaves, green chillies, crushed peppercorns, garam masala powder, chilli powder and salt in a bowl. Add lemon juice and mix again.
  2. Grease your palms with some oil and divide the mixture into equal portions and shape into cutlets.
  3. Dust the cutlets with flour, dip in beaten eggs and coat with breadcrumbs.
  4. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Deep-fry the cutlets till golden brown. Drain on absorbent paper.
  5. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with green chutney.
