Ingredients list for Chicken Lollipop-SK Khazana

  • 12-16 Chicken lollipops
  • 3 tablespoons Red chilli paste
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic paste
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste White pepper powder
  • 1 teaspoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Vinegar
  • to deep fry Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Cornflour
  • 2 tablespoons Refined flour (maida)
  • 1 Egg
  • to serve Schezwan sauce

Method

  1. Put chicken lollipops in a bowl. Add garlic paste, salt, pepper powder, soy sauce, vinegar and red chilli paste and mix well. Keep the bowl in the refrigerator to marinate for 1 hour.
  2. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai.
  3. Add cornflour, refined flour and egg to marinated chicken lollipops and mix well with your hand.
  4. Put the marinated chicken lollipops in hot oil and deep-fry on medium heat till dark golden brown and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.
  5. Serve hot with Schezwan sauce.
