By Sanjeev Kapoor 30 Aug 2018 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Chicken lollipops, Red chilli paste Cuisine Indo-Chinese Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 1-1.30 hour Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Chicken Lollipop-SK Khazana 12-16 Chicken lollipops 3 tablespoons Red chilli paste 1 tablespoon Garlic paste to taste Salt to taste White pepper powder 1 teaspoon Soy sauce 1 teaspoon Vinegar to deep fry Oil 2 tablespoons Cornflour 2 tablespoons Refined flour (maida) 1 Egg to serve Schezwan sauce Method Put chicken lollipops in a bowl. Add garlic paste, salt, pepper powder, soy sauce, vinegar and red chilli paste and mix well. Keep the bowl in the refrigerator to marinate for 1 hour. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Add cornflour, refined flour and egg to marinated chicken lollipops and mix well with your hand. Put the marinated chicken lollipops in hot oil and deep-fry on medium heat till dark golden brown and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.
