Be a kid or a teenage or an adult or an oldie, chicken lovers trend all over the world at all times! One meat that is a favourite of all beyond belief! When cooked, it can be presented in many guises. Sauté it, fry it, toss it, bake it, steam it – eat it the way you want to. Whatever its form may be upon being cooked, its flavour may change but its flesh remains high in protein, low in fat and can be digested easily.

Ingredients for Chicken Nacho Bites - SK Khazana Recipe

  • Chicken breasts 600 grams

  • Nachos 3 cups

  • Salt to taste

  • Onion powder 2 teaspoons

  • Fried garlic 2 teaspoons

  • Crushed black peppercorns to taste

  • Mustard sauce 1 1/2 tablespoons

  • Cheese spread 4 tablespoons

  • Rice flour 2 tablespoons

  • Cornflour 1 tablespoon

  • Fresh coriander leaves chopped 3 tablespoons

  • Egg 2

  • Oil for deep frying

  • Tomato ketchup to serve


Step 1

Cut the chicken into 2-inch triangles and put them into a bowl. Add salt, onion powder, fried garlic, crushed black peppercorns, mustard sauce and cheese spread and mix well. Add rice flour, cornflour, and coriander leaves and mix well. Set aside to marinate for 20-25 minutes.

Step 2

Take nachos in a large bowl and crush them coarsely.

Step 3

Break the eggs into the chicken mixture and mix well.

Step 4

Heat sufficient oil in a deep pan, coat each chicken piece with the crushed nachos and slide into hot oil and deep-fry till golden and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.

Step 5

Arrange them on serving platter and serve hot with tomato ketchup.
